The Tiroler Zukunftsstiftung (Tyrolean Future Foundation) and the agency agindo decided on mobile voting tool. Different theses were presented to an audience, who were then asked to vote on these by means of text messages. The members of the audience either sent their vote and/or a comment to a specially installed service number. A separate service number was set up for each of the ten theses to be voted upon – only the number’s last two digits varied depending on the question - to make it as easy as possible for the audience to assign their votes correctly. The voting was installed in such a way that every guest participating in the voting also received a thank-you message by SMS. Simple and easy for both the agency and its business customer: summarized in a report, the voting result provided important information from the obtained response data.
